Infosys hiring continues to lag in Q1, attrition stable at 14.4%

Net addition to Infosys‘s workforce in the June quarter was only 210, according to an exchange filing on Tuesday. The company announced its financial results for the three months to June 30.
The IT bellwether’s total workforce stood at 323,788 in Q1 FY26, compared to 323,578 as of March 30, the company’s statement showed. In the year-ago period, headcount at Infosys stood at 315,332.
Attrition rate during the June quarter was stable at 14.4%, compared to 14.1% in the March quarter and 13.7% in the December quarter.
