Infosys termination row: Employees petition PMO, company dismisses allegations

The Prime Minister’s Office has received over one hundred complaints from the laid-off employees of Infosys calling for their reinstatement in employment and to prevent similar unfair dismissals going forward.In this regard, the office of the central labour ministry has sent a second notice to the Karnataka state’s labour commissioner requesting intervention in the mass termination of employees of the Bengaluru-headquartered IT services company at its Mysuru campus.
