Nazara Tech bets on $100 billion console market with Curve Games acquisition

Gaming company Nazara Technologies has announced the acquisition of Curve Games, a London-based video game publisher, in a deal valued at ₹247 crore. The acquisition was funded through internal accruals and cash.

Curve is Focussed on console and PC platforms, including PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, and Switch.
