Oracle and a group of investors including Microsoft are negotiating a takeover of TikTok’s global operations. According to a report by The Verge, which was quoting an NPR report, the proposed deal, currently under discussion with the White House, would allow China’s ByteDance to retain a minority stake in TikTok.
