SC Notice To GLAS Trust, IRPs On Plea By BYJU’S Promoters

The apex court issued notices pertaining to BYJU’S legal trouble with the BCCI as well as the startup’s CIRP

The notices were sent to BYJU’S former director Riju Raveendran, former and current IRP and US lenders GLAS Trust

The SC will consider giving this interim relief to the startup in the next hearing, which is scheduled on July 21.
