SoftBank Group Corp founder Masayoshi Son is seeking to team up with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co for a trillion-dollar industrial complex in Arizona to build robots and artificial intelligence, Bloomberg News reported on Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.
