TCS ends work from home for some teams: What CEO K Krithivasan said

TCS is ending work from home for some teams and asking them to work from the office five days a week. The company has not officially made a statement on this decision. TCS believes that working from the office is important for associates’ career development and mentoring. Last year, TCS mandated employees to come to the office for three days a week. Other IT companies have also been encouraging employees to return to the office. TCS will announce its Q2 results on October 11 and may consider paying an interim dividend.
