Truecaller proposes $54 million dividend, cancellation of repurchased shares

Stockholm-headquartered caller identification and spam protection platform Truecaller has proposed a dividend of Swedish krona (SEK) 1.70 per share for the financial year 2024, totalling around SEK 580 million (around $54 million).
The payout includes a regular dividend of SEK 0.37 per share and a special dividend of SEK 1.33 per share, the company said in a blog post on Friday.
