Unicommerce Esolutions logs 64% rise in operating revenue at Rs 45 crore; flat net profit

Ecommerce software firm Unicommerce Esolutions on Tuesday reported a 64% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its operating revenue at Rs 45 crore for the quarter ended June 2025.
The Gurugram-based firm’s net profit for the quarter remained flat at Rs 3.8 crore YoY and sequentially, due to higher expenses and a non-cash accounting adjustment from the Shipway acquisition.
