US based chipmaker Lam Research to invest over ₹10,000 crore in India

In a major boost to India’s semiconductor industry, US-based Lam Research has committed to investing over ₹10,000 crore in the country. Union Minister for Electronics and IT, Ashwini Vaishnaw, announced the development on his X handle, called it a significant milestone.
