Wellington Management has sold shares worth INR 53.7 Cr in logistics major BlackBuck via a bulk deal on the NSE

As per NSE data, the transaction involved sale of 9.9 Lakh shares at INR 540.54 per share by its offshore fund Ithan Creek Master Investors (Cayman) L.P.F

However, as of June 2025 shareholding pattern of BlackBuck on BSE, Wellington owned about 1.26% of the company. As per that, Wellington has sold about 42% of its equity in the company
