Wipro Ventures investment: Wipro Ventures raises $200 million in fourth round of fundraise

Indian IT major Wipro has committed to invest $200 million to its venture capital unit, Wipro Ventures, in its latest round of funding. This is aimed to accelerate the company’s investments in early- to mid-stage startups, the company said in a regulatory filing.The funding has been raised after five years and is the fourth round of fundraising by Wipro Ventures since its inception a decade ago in 2015.
So far, Wipro Ventures has raised $100 million and $150 million in the first two rounds and later raised $50 million towards Emerging Technology…
